Hola!!!!

I made it to Spain in one piece! I'm still jet-legged but it's been quite an experience.  My classes haven't even started and I do miss my home. I guess because I'm trying so hard not to miss it. I'm trying to get over my homesickness by going outside. I really don't like staying all day in my apartment. If you have ever been to Spain, give me some ideas I should do or places I should visit.

But I do love Madrid. It's so beautiful. Last night, I wandered around with some friends to La Plaza Mayor.  I nearly cried though because I broke my camera. I have no idea what to tell my parents. I've only been a few days and I screwed up big time. If you know how I could fix it in Europe. Please help me!

Last Outfit in Omaha

So I had a little party to say goodbye. It was so bittersweet. I hate saying good-bye to people. It's going to be hard to leave but I know this is one of the best decision I've ever made.


I have two suitcases filled with all I need for the next six months. I can't wait to see what else I can add to my closet.


My mom also bought me a super delicious pink champagne cake

I'll make sure my next post is about my trip and then Monday is my first day in Spain!

Unfinished Business

I'm so exhausted! I'm frantically running around town. I have to buy nearly all my items I will need while in Europe. Of course, some items are staying behind and I will purchase once I arrived.

Simple vacation outfit I wore while shopping. All the malls have rides and lots of food to keep people entertained. I love carousels.  Something so charming about all the horses and other decorated animals, it reminds me of Mary Poppins. 

Super Late

Hello lovelies! I´m still away but I thought  I just popped in to see how things are going. I heard that half the Northern Hemisphere is frozen.


But I´m happily visiting the pool and the beach nearby with the ´´boyfriend.´´ Yes, I´m dating a guy who will be living super far from me but I´m enjoying any time I get with him.  I might post a picture when I get back.


Lastly, I´m super excuted to say that I´ve been blogging for two years!!! OH, I just can´t believe that it´s been two years. It´s so awesome, and I just thought I post some lovely photos from tumblr.

Hello, New World

Good day, it´s amazing what a few days on your own and away from the stress. Thanks so much for all the comments. I will back in about two weeks. I´m still in Panama but  I just spent day after day going around the city and wanted to relax today. I wanted to say I miss doing  regular posting. Hope that you have lovely 2011.
