Is It Too Late To Talk About Resolutions?

I didn't want to write about New Year resolutions since I'm constantly adding and changing what I want to do with my own life.

Accept my true self
This may be due some inseucities but I'm wanting to let go of my self doubts. I'm confident about my own abilities but like many woman I have plenty of little insecurities. This year I want to break out and become a real fierce woman. I want to be at just as the women I admire.

Master the dating scene
It's rather bizarre where I live. Most people my age are already married, engaged or in serious relationships.  I struggle with dating and I'm finally figuring out my feelings, with somebody that I adore. They have those smirks. The way they smell and talk. Nothing compares to the feeling of a guy wrapping his arm around my waist. But I honestly hate games,  brings nothing but drama and grief. I hate waiting around for nothing special. I'm not vowing to never date but I'm waiting for a specific guy to make his move. I want butterflies and have someone sweep me off my feet.

Buy a real bag
Charge it, steal it or save like nobody business I will own this Vitello Lux bow satchel bag from Miu Miu or I will gain my sanity and probably get something more reasonable from Ebay. I dream about a major high end purchase. I just dread seeing my bank statement or hearing my friends reactions.

Goals, to me, are ever changing and being fulfilled. I'll look back at this post and smile. I know I did same thing for my posts last year. Thanks dears!

Blizzard Time

Last night, the announcement all over the news declared that snow was coming. Today, I went out to get some coffee and chat with friends downtown. We were all so cheerful and talking about all the activities we planned to do since we all be stuck at home for a day or two. I personally adore snow days. Granted, I'm dying to move far away from winter. However, all my relatives down in South America have never experienced lazy snow days.

Things to do during a snow day/ blizzard:

  • Wear a cozy sweater and leggings. No need to dress up to snuggle with my dogs on the couch.
  • Read a few novels that are lying around. I have small stack of books that I haven't found the time to read. Snow days are the perfect opportunity to check off a few books from this list that I must read before I'm 25.
  • Craft a few gifts for those loved ones.
  • Go for a winter walk. I haven't done a walk in the snow in forever! Time to bust out my favorite furry hat and a cute snow boots.
  • Skype with friends
  • Turn on a fire, I don't have one but I'm going to turn on this endless fireplace.
  • Go sledding.
  • Charge all electronics.
  • Gather candles, place in safe areas and light them up for more ambiance. I just imagine living in the beginning of the 20th Century. We have advance so much that not even snow can effect our lifestyle. Even if the power doesn't go off, I'll light up a candle. They smell so good.
  • Create a mood board.
  • Scrapbook! It's a personal project for a few friends that are moving away but I'm excited to show them my finish product.
  • Lastly, spend time with my family. It's so special to see family gathering together.
Thanks dears and stay warm!

Almost Time

Less than a week for the first day of class. Oh snap, I'm still on the search for a new back 2 school outfit. But I have to buy all my textbooks for the semester. This is one of those choices, where I know I have to do the right thing. Balancing a budget is one of the reasons
I'm trying to accomplish few goals by the end of the year.
1. Trying to learn french or at least flirt with a French accent.

2. Stop eating at Panera every day. Although it's really hard, I need to learn to bring lunch from home.

3.  Write more often: express my feeling to others and ultimately improve penmanship.

Also, hoping this week will be awesome. Thanks for reading!

ps. All pictures from my insta.gram @razzledazzleme. It's still the best thing ever!

Guess Who????

I passed survived my exams! Now it's time to kill time on Netflix and  hang out drinking with my friends. I plan on being a total bum for the next three weeks. Who am I kidding, I'm a workaholic. I guess that's the part of being a Virgo. I love being occupied. I have small list of things I'd like to accomplish.
1. Buy a NYE outfit. I need a dress and some sexy heels.
2. Go ice skating. I haven't tried in years but it sounds like so much fun.
3. Bake cookies with my sister.
4. Buy a gift for my parents.
5. Find a boy to kiss at midnight. Such an ideal way to begin 2012!

Look, I'm wearing cute clothes; the sweater and necklace, I picked up from Forever 21. The ring I bought at a flea market in Spain. I had a few grad parties this weekend. I felt so proud to see my friends walk across the stage. I can't wait for my own ceremony next year! Also, how serious or unamused  do I come off in this picture? I swear I do actually smile.

Bisous for all the comments and support. ♥
