I feel like time is against me. I felt like I had no time to breathe. I went from crazy anxiety to not having anything. I'm feeling a little lost right now. Why, some of you may ask?
Well, my six months in Spain has just finished. So, that meant having to pack up all my stuff and move back to Nebraska. I spent my last few days just hanging out with friends and walking around seeing some beautiful sights.

A lot has changed in these past months, I definitely feel so different. Even my own style has changed. I'm hoping to document more and more these following months. I'm back at my parent's house, so posting and reading will not be a problem anymore. I'll catch up with all the blogs I follow later this weekend. I'm so stoked to be home for the Fourth of July.

Unfinished Business

I'm so exhausted! I'm frantically running around town. I have to buy nearly all my items I will need while in Europe. Of course, some items are staying behind and I will purchase once I arrived.


I finally got an outfit shot! This never happens because I'm to lazy to take actual photos.

Simple vacation outfit I wore while shopping. All the malls have rides and lots of food to keep people entertained. I love carousels.  Something so charming about all the horses and other decorated animals, it reminds me of Mary Poppins. 

Shiver

I finally went to Chicago. It such an amazing city to explore and I got to meet some wonderful people. I went to get my visa application turn in and afterwards I met up with girls that are planning to attend the same school  in Madrid. We set out to see the wonders of Chicago along with my dad. Granted, it was slightly colder to the beautiful fall weather we've been having lately.

I ate some of Chicago's finest pizza. My tour guide/ friend's bf, took us to Giordano's. It's ridiculously good.  Also why does Chicago smell so good? Everywhere we walked by I found something yummy.

I bought tons of crap: okay it's really not crap but I did go a little crazy. Damn, I'll hate to say that I'm an impulsive shopper. I'll buy something then regret it later.Also it kind of sucks to carry bags along all those city blocks. I admire your city dwellers because I'm spoiled by Nebraska. We have to drive to get to the mall, I just walk back to the car if I have too many bags.

Look, I'm wearing all black. I thought had to dress more serious and business approve clothes. Which turn out to be completely false. The Jacket is from Zara, that's starting to fall apart, shirt is Target, the pants are from Marshalls (I think), my bag is from Francesca's Closet and the scarf is F21. I forgot where I got the earring, but they are super adorable.

Head Wrap

I have to admit something. I'm addicted to head wear. I buy about 2-3 headbands a month. A hat every few weeks and have quite the collection of silky scarves.

But I need to know, just how does one wrap a scarf like the lovely Joana?

Oh Scott, you know just how to make girl even more excited for spring.

I'm so freaking tired of snow; I dream about flowing skirts moving about on the first day the sun begins to shines. I know spring is in the air, when I see flocks of sorority gals dressed in minis and gladiator sandals or flip flops.

I even have a similar orange red color dress, that mocks me whenever I open the closet to grab a jacket.

I thought how next year I shall be living outside the country, as I waddle over death traps of pure ice. Nearly falling a few times!

Anyways, I should not be up so late. I'm going to be in so much trouble with my morning lecture.
