Will You Be Mine?

This wasn't my intentions to post this but I had such a cute date outfit for this week. It's something I've been wanting to try out after I bought the tuxedo jacket.  I'm the type of girl that prefers a dress for a date, but I instantly fell in love these gray pants I found at a boutique and it looks so badass with the sequins tuxedo jacket.

I do wish I had special somebody to celebrate our love but sadly this Valentine's day will be spent curled up on the couch enjoying classic romance films. Single or not, it still sounds like a perfectly happy evening. I hope all you you enjoy the week, go out and pamper yourself, and enjoy the company of your beloved. Muah, Bisous!

What I Want Spring Edition

Sigh, February  needs to move along. I have the urge to wear all my light short dresses right now. I have to force myself not to go out in them because I would freeze my legs.
I keep on wanting to buy lace shorts, loose knit or silk tops,  girlie prints and midi length dresses, bright bags for carrying all my shit! I honestly can't wait for spring to arrived to enjoy being outside and all the new items that are in the stores!
So dear readers, what is the one thing you can't wait for when spring arrives?

ps. I'm wishing so much that I could be in NYC right now! So jealous of all you lucky girl who could attend NYFW!

Sigh, once I get use to something, such as 60 degree weather. I really don't want it to disappear.  Also this little break from the cold has inspired numerous spring outfits. I wish I had sunshine and cool breezes. Stupid, groundhog hid from his shadow and now we have six more weeks of winter. The spring is one of my favorite time, just because it reminds of new life and fresh start.

Sadly, Friday night a ridiculous snow storm blew past and over 10 inches of snow covered the whole city. Saturday, due to hazardous roads I stayed at home.  Sunday, I spent some time out. Checked out Target for the Jason Wu collection. I as soon as arrived, I found out they were not given any thing from the collection! How disappointing to find out only a few stores were selling the dresses. So I guess I missed this one. Oh well, I still wandered around and found these lovely glitter ballet flats and the black hat on sale for 2.58!

I even went over to Marshall's. They had a rather large clearance sale. I love browsing their racks for a steal. You can all guess that I went home a very happy girl, even without any Jason Wu for Target.

bye bye winter?

I woke up and thought I might be dreaming because the weather predicted was almost a joke. But today was one of the most pleasant and sunny days ever! It felt so good to walk around without clutching my coat and shivering.

 Also next month, I'm doing a 29 days theme challenge post on insta.gram for February. I love any challenge. I few pics over the past month. January has passed by so quick. Although this month and already been eventful. So ready to what happens the rest of the 2012.

miss me?

 I already feel better about this week. The weather has been pretty, sunny and kind of warm. I still have to wear coat but I love winter wear. It's all so cozy and I love wearing lots of layers. Although it's not so practical for classes. 
Also I've been working out a lot at the gym. It should help that some of those guys are quite attractive. I'm just too shy to approach any, so I just stick to the free weights and treadmill with my iPod plug in. Maybe, I'll take some time to talk to one of them. Also, I've found that music really does make it seem less tiring. One of these days, I'll post some of my favorite workout songs.

It Won't Be Soon

Hello dear readers, I wish I had something new to report but I'm swamped with readings and homework. I can not wait until December, just because I will finally be done with classes. This weekend, I checked out Ulta and Forever 21.
Naturally, I had to take a picture of what I found. Forever 21 was such a mess but I found a great chain necklace with a crystal pendant. It's the kind of thing that reminds me of something I could find at Goodwill or thrift store. But I really don't mind spending the 4.50 for a necklace at F21.
Also I really wanted to try this color. It's L'Oreal Colour Riche The Balm in 118 Pink Satin. It's super sheer nude, pink shade. I really like this but you can barely tell I'm wearing it. But I shall say it's keep my lips moist and has a sweet taste. I would love to try other shades to see if they are just a sheer or if it is just this color.

Let Me See That

Although I claim to be a diehard girlie girl. I have one issue, I really never wear or buy jewelry. I've worn the same pieces for awhile so it's very unlike me to buy trendy, costume jewelry. I guess I'm starting to see the appeal in layering lots of jewelry. Also I really enjoy the all the inspiration online. I feel like making a couple adorable DIY friendship bracelets. I would love to start building a better collection. I love seeing those pictures with girls, some fancy guys, showing off their rings and bracelets.
